Losing Your Shit

No one ever wants a shit storm.
I've seen a few.
I've had a few.
Okay, maybe more than a few.

You don't have to hold your emotions in!
Move your body.
Eat good food.
Drink water.
Meditate.
Do yoga.
Take a nap.
Get sunshine on your body.

And, if you need to lose your shit, scream into a pillow; lock yourself in a bathroom; break a plate on your back porch; cry it out!
