Process Addiction - Happy Christmas!

Hello Addicts!

I am taking a break, beginning tomorrow, from social media and this blog.

I will be returning on January 3rd.

You are still able to make appointments for coaching by either messaging me or booking it on the Facebook Business Page!

I will be getting Facebook Messenger messages, Instagram messages and text messages still!!

During the break, I will be working on a Validation Process Addiction MiniCourse.

I can't wait!!

I'm an addict.

My name is Heidi. I am an addict. I discovered this at 42. I am a single mom of four incredible boys/men/young men. I am just the luckiest. In the midst of discovering I was an addict, I almost lost my boys - not just physically, but emotionally.

My addiction is not one of the "normal" addictions - the ones you hear about everywhere. But, it has been all-consuming, damaging, hurtful, confusing, scary and life-altering... the way all addictions are. I have a process addiction. I consider process addictions "silent killers." Why? Because most people with process addictions simply believe there is something wrong with them! NO! You are an addict and there is hope!! I have been in treatment for two years - counseling, coaching and a 12-step program. I will be in recovery for the rest of my life on this gigantic planet. And, that's okay. Now, I get to coach those who are struggling as well!
