First, it is NORMAL and HEALTHY to have "off days."
Not every day is going to be a unicorn doing cartwheels around the sun, whilst throwing glitter onto every surface they see.
Most days, in fact, are humans simply trying to endure.
And some days are HARD.
Some days we are just in our emotions and our feelings and we don't even know where they are coming from but they're hard.
On these days, or in these moments - you are not being lazy by taking care of yourself.
It is important, in fact, to ask yourself:
1. Am I hungry?
2. Do I need a nap?
3. Do I need to move my body?
4. Do I need human touch?
5. Do I need more water?
6. Do I need to pray?
7. Do I need to just be in nature?
And then DO whatever it is that you need.
Do what fills your well.
Be with people who fill your well.
Spend your energy and time and brain space on things that fill your well.
