Beauties!
Do you ever feel like having a bad day is a bad thing? Like, you're breaking some kind of rule? Like, you're SUPPOSED to flip the switch and fix yourself??
I do.
A lot less than I used to... but I totally do!!
We always hear:
"You get to decide how you react to situations, so..."

The list really does go on and on.
Those phrases, and others, make us feel like there is something wrong with us if we are having a bad day... Lord help us if we are having a string of bad days in a row!!!

NOTE: I am not talking about clinical depression (which I have). I am talking about bad days.
What if, instead, we tried this:

ACCEPT that you're just off you're game (give yourself permission for having a bad freaking day!)

List what your grateful for (I did this in the car this morning all the way to work... kind of forced myself to do this!)

Become an observer of your thoughts!
